BrainBuffer AI collects your email address and name via Google Authentication to isolate your data from other users. We store your voice recordings and transcriptions in Firebase Firestore.
Your transcriptions are processed using OpenAI APIs (GPT-4o and Whisper). OpenAI does not use data submitted via the API to train its models (per their enterprise terms).
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (EU/US regions). We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure that only you can access your own notes.
You can delete your notes or account at any time. For full data export or deletion requests, contact us at support@brainbuffer.ai.
